The TM2F128QAI is a 128Mb (16MB) SPI NOR Flash memory chip from Titan Micro, in a VSOP8 (208mil) package, supporting 1.8V single-supply operation. Based on NOR flash technology, the TM2F128QAI delivers fast read access, high reliability, and long lifespan, communicating with the host via a standard SPI interface that supports common SPI modes 0 and 3.
