① Warranty
QIXINWEI provides a standard warranty on all electronic components and PCBA products sold, covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty period is 1 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
For custom PCBA solutions, warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and non-compliance with agreed specifications.

② Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact QIXINWEI support at pcba@qixinweichip.com with order details and reason for return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Custom orders or specially manufactured PCBA products are generally non-refundable, except if defective or not compliant with specifications.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after QIXINWEI verifies the returned items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
