TM2F008UAI Product Overview
The TM2F008UAI is an 8Mb (1MB) SPI NOR Flash memory chip from Titan Micro, in a standard SOP8 (150mil) package, supporting 3.3V single-supply operation. Based on NOR flash technology, the TM2F008UAI features fast read access, high reliability, and long lifespan, communicating with the host via a standard SPI interface supporting common SPI modes 0 and 3. The TM2F008UAI is designed for code storage, firmware booting, and configuration parameter saving in embedded systems, supporting XIP (eXecute In Place) so MCUs can directly read and execute code from the TM2F008UAI without loading to RAM, significantly shortening system boot time. With double the capacity of the 4Mb model, the TM2F008UAI accommodates larger firmware programs and boot code, and is widely used in IoT devices, industrial control, consumer electronics, and communication equipment.
