The RK3588 is Rockchip's next-generation flagship high-performance AIoT processor, manufactured on an 8nm advanced process. The RK3588 integrates an octa-core 64-bit big.LITTLE CPU architecture (4×Cortex-A76 + 4×Cortex-A55), with A76 cores running at up to 2.4GHz and A55 cores at 1.8GHz. The RK3588 features an ARM Mali-G610 MC4 GPU supporting OpenGL ES 1.1/2.0/3.1/3.2, Vulkan 1.1/1.2, and OpenCL 1.1/1.2/2.0. The RK3588 integrates Rockchip's proprietary triple-core NPU delivering 6 TOPS of AI compute power, supporting int4/int8/int16/FP16/BF16/TF32 data types. The RK3588 comes in an FCBGA-1088 package measuring 23×23mm. 8nm Advanced Process & Octa-Core 64-bit CPU: The RK3588 is manufactured on 8nm low-power process, integrating 4×Cortex-A76 (2.4GHz) + 4×Cortex-A55 (1.8GHz) big.LITTLE architecture balancing high performance and low power consumption. Each Cortex-A76 core in the RK3588 features 64KB L1 I-cache, 64KB L1 D-cache, and 512KB L2 cache; each Cortex-A55 core in the RK3588 features 32KB L1 I-cache, 32KB L1 D-cache, and 128KB L2 cache, with big and little clusters sharing 3MB L3 cache. The RK3588 fully implements the ARM v8-A instruction set with NEON Advanced SIMD, ARMv8 cryptography extensions, and TrustZone security technology.
ARM Mali-G610 MC4 GPU: The RK3588 features an ARM Mali-G610 MP4 quad-core GPU supporting OpenGL ES 1.1/2.0/3.1/3.2, Vulkan 1.1/1.2, and OpenCL 1.1/1.2/2.0. The RK3588 also embeds a high-performance 2D image acceleration module that maximizes display performance.
