NRF52832-CIAA-R Product Overview
The NRF52832-CIAA-R is a high-performance, ultra-low power multiprotocol wireless System-on-Chip (SoC) from Nordic Semiconductor, part of the nRF52 series. NRF52832-CIAA-R integrates a 2.4GHz transceiver, 64MHz ARM Cortex-M4F microcontroller, 512KB Flash, 64KB RAM, and a rich set of peripherals into a single chip. Housed in a WLCSP-50 (3×3.2mm) package, NRF52832-CIAA-R is the smallest package variant in the NRF52832 family, with a footprint approximately one-third the size of the QFN-48 package. NRF52832-CIAA-R supports Bluetooth 5.3 Low Energy, ANT/ANT+, and Nordic's proprietary 2.4GHz protocols. Compared to traditional "MCU + Bluetooth module" solutions, NRF52832-CIAA-R significantly reduces external components, PCB area, and improves system reliability. NRF52832-CIAA-R's ultra-compact package is specifically designed for space-critical applications and is widely used in true wireless (TWS) earbuds, wearables, medical sensors, IoT, and smart home applications.
