NRF52810-CAAA-R Product Overview
NRF52810-CAAA-R is an ultra-compact entry-level 2.4GHz wireless SoC from Nordic nRF52 series in WLCSP-33 wafer-level package with 2.5×2.5mm size. It features 64MHz ARM Cortex-M4 core, supports Bluetooth 5, BLE, ANT and proprietary 2.4GHz protocols. Integrated on-chip balun and ultra-low power consumption, ideal for ultra-thin miniature IoT devices with strict PCB size limits.
NRF52810-CAAA-R Core Features
64MHz ARM Cortex-M4 Processor & Memory: Features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor running at up to 64MHz. EEMBC CoreMark score of 144 running from flash, with CoreMark power consumption of only 34.4 μA/MHz (from flash) and 32.8 μA/MHz (from RAM). 192KB Flash and 24KB RAM are sufficient for the Bluetooth protocol stack (SoftDevice) and application code. Supports Serial Wire Debug (SWD) and full Over-the-Air Device Firmware Updates (OTA DFU) .
Bluetooth 5 2.4GHz Transceiver: Supports 2Mbps high bitrate, CSA #2, and concurrent multiprotocol operation. Output power of +4dBm, receiver sensitivity of -96dBm. TX current (0dBm) only 4.6mA, RX current (1Mbps) only 4.6mA, with integrated 50Ω single-ended output balun. Supports 1 Mbps and 2 Mbps data rates. Built-in RSSI (1dB resolution) .
Ultra-Low Power Design: Supports 1.7V ~ 3.6V wide supply voltage range with fully automatic LDO and DC/DC regulator system. 0.3μA in System OFF mode (3V, no RAM retention), 0.5μA with full 24KB RAM retention; 1.5μA in System ON mode with RTC wake-up (3V, full 24KB RAM retention). Fast wake-up using 64MHz internal oscillator.
Rich Peripheral Interfaces: Integrated 12-bit 200ksps ADC (8 configurable channels with programmable gain), 64-level comparator, temperature sensor, 4-channel PWM unit with EasyDMA, digital microphone interface (PDM), and UART, SPI, PDM digital interfaces. Supports up to 32 general-purpose I/O pins (32 for QFN package, 17 GPIOs for WLCSP package).
WLCSP-33 Ultra-Small Package: WLCSP-33 (2.5×2.5mm) wafer-level chip-scale package measuring approximately 2.48mm × 2.46mm with only 0.33mm height. Operating temperature range of -40℃ ~ +85℃, MSL rating 2 (1 year) .
