ESP32-S3R8 integrates an Xtensa® 32-bit LX7 dual-core processor running at up to 240MHz, with 512KB SRAM, 384KB ROM, and 8MB package-in PSRAM. The ESP32-S3R8 supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n, 1T1R, up to 150Mbps) and Bluetooth 5.0 (LE) dual-mode wireless communication. Housed in a QFN-56 (7×7mm) package, ESP32-S3R8 provides 45 programmable GPIO pins. 8MB PSRAM for Large Memory Capacity: The ESP32-S3R8 features 512KB SRAM, 384KB ROM, and 8MB package-in PSRAM. The 8MB PSRAM of ESP32-S3R8 provides ample runtime memory for AI model loading, image processing, and multitasking, making ESP32-S3R8 ideal for AIoT and edge computing applications.
