ESP32-D0WDQ6-V3 supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n) with data rates up to 150Mbps, output power up to 20.5dBm, and receiver sensitivity down to -97dBm to -98dBm. It supports Bluetooth v4.2 including Classic Bluetooth and BLE. Operating voltage range is 2.3V ~ 3.6V, and temperature range is -40℃ ~ +125℃.
ESP32-D0WDQ6-V3 integrates rich peripheral interfaces including ADC, I2C, I2S, SDIO, SPI, PWM, and UART. It supports QSPI interface for flash/SRAM expansion, Secure Boot, Flash Encryption, and hardware accelerators for AES, SHA, RSA, ECC, and RNG.
