The DSPIC33FJ64GS606-I/MR is a Microchip 16-bit Digital Signal Controller (DSC) in a 64-lead QFN package, optimized for 3.3V digital power and motor control applications demanding high power density and high-performance real-time control. Based on the dsPIC33F core running at 40 MIPS, it integrates 64KB Flash and 8KB SRAM. The QFN package's exposed thermal pad efficiently conducts heat into the PCB, lowering junction temperature and enabling reliable operation in compact spaces with higher power dissipation. On-chip peripherals include four high-speed PWM generators that produce four complementary PWM pairs with high-resolution duty cycle, real-time update, and programmable dead-time.
