The ADSP-BF533SBSTZ400 is a high-performance 16/32-bit fixed-point digital signal processor from Analog Devices’ Blackfin family, offering the largest on-chip SRAM and richest peripheral set among the BF53x single-core series. Based on a single-core Blackfin architecture running at up to 400MHz, the ADSP-BF533SBSTZ400 features 148KB of on-chip L1 SRAM (configurable as instruction cache and data storage) and supports external SDRAM and Flash memory expansion. On-chip peripherals include a Parallel Peripheral Interface (PPI), two full-duplex SPORT serial ports, SPI, TWI (I2C), UART, multiple timers, and GPIOs.
